Local entrepreneurs plan to open three new BBQ franchise locations in one of the fastest growing cities in Texas
The iconic Bar-B-Cutie franchise recently announced plans to open three new BBQ franchise locations in San Antonio, Texas.
The San Antonio Business Journal broke the news in an article entitled, “Bar-B-Cutie restaurant chain expanding to San Antonio,” stating that the three new restaurants will be open in the next four years.
“Local restauranteurs Moris Saide and Tomis Vidal researched several restaurant concepts to bring to San Antonio but eventually selected Bar-B-Cutie because they thought its menu, its low labor cost structure and family friendly atmosphere would work well in the city,” The San Antonio Business Journal reports. “The first Bar-B-Cutie will open in spring 2016. However, information on where the partners are exploring for sites was not immediately available. Saide and Vidal have longer-term plans to expand to Houston and Dallas over time.”
